These enamel earrings are 1″ in diameter. The ear wires are sterling silver. The back is solid color enamel.
Enamel earrings are made by sifting enamel (powdered glass) onto the metal and fired in a kiln to melt the glass onto the metal. The design is created with Separation Enamel which mixes the various layers of enamel. No two pairs will be identical due to the unique process used to create them. Each piece has between 8-10 firings in the kiln. The finished earrings are slightly domed and fired to a glossy shine.
Since each earring is one of a kind, each earring may be slightly different.
